Tuner
- Shows the note you play, its frequency and how many cents sharp or flat it is.
- Strum mode reads all six guitar strings at once.
- Tap any note to hear a reference tone.
- Reference pitch adjustable from 430 to 450 Hz.
Metronome
- 20 to 300 BPM, with tap tempo.
- Time signatures 2/4, 3/4, 4/4, 5/4, 6/8, 7/8 and 12/8.
- Quarter, eighth and sixteenth note subdivisions, and four click sounds.
- Keeps playing with the screen locked.
Detect
- Names the chord you play and the notes in it, or follows a single note.
- Finds the tempo of what you play, by listening or by tapping.
- On iOS 27, listens to a longer stretch and reports its key, tempo, bars and sections.
Practice Looper
- Import audio from Files or songs from your music library.
- Swipe to set A and B loop points.
- Slow down without changing the pitch, or shift the pitch to a new key.

Is Pro Musician Toolkit free?
Yes. The app is free to download and the tuner, metronome, detector, looper, library and search are all included. An optional Early Access purchase unlocks features that are still being refined.
Can it tune a guitar with all six strings at once?
Yes. Strum mode reads all six strings in one strum and shows which ones are sharp or flat. You can also tune one string at a time and tap any note to hear a reference tone.
Can I slow down a song without changing its pitch?
Yes. Import a song from Files or your music library into the Practice Looper, set A and B loop points with a swipe, and slow it down while the pitch stays the same. You can also shift the pitch to a new key.
Does the metronome keep playing when my phone is locked?
Yes. The metronome keeps time with the screen locked, from 20 to 300 BPM, with tap tempo, seven time signatures and quarter, eighth and sixteenth note subdivisions.
Can the app tell me what chord I am playing?
Yes. Detect listens through the microphone and names the chord you play along with the notes in it, or follows a single note. It can also find the tempo of what you play.
Which devices does it run on?
